I am the founder and ideological creator of the male circle initiative. I have been leading and organizing men’s initiation trainings and workshops since 2003, having completed a two-year training for men with Thomas Grainer (Germany) and assisting him and organizing his events in the Czech Republic for two years. Since 2005 I have been leading my own initiation groups, primarily for men. I am a graduate of trainings in rebalancing, family constellations, somatic experiencing, coaching, council, and I continue with my education at the Eschwede Institute in Germany. I devote myself to meditation within the Tibetan tradition, I have visited India, Nepal, China, South Korea and New Zealand several times.

I live in a partnership and I am the father of two children. Since 1994 I have been doing business in car sales and repair and have built my own, ever-growing business. Since 2005, I have been focusing mainly on management, mentoring and development of socially beneficial projects, especially for young people from children’s homes and socially vulnerable people. Since 2009, I have also been providing consultancy to managers and, together with my colleagues, I created the project Conscious Leader.

My vision

Men in wise cultures had great support during their growth in a close community. Men cared very attentively for young men, initiated them, learned from each other and generally cooperated throughout their lives. There were no abandoned men, the theme of the individual was also the theme of the entire community.

I lead men to their hearts and discovering the qualities of the heart, to cooperation of male power, activity and heart’s wisdom and intelligence. I create opportunities for re-established ways of men’s meeting, sharing and collaborating for the purpose of personal growth, wisdom development and self-knowledge. I believe that apart from formal education, men need a warm, diverse and strong men’s group and a person supporting their inner development, coordination of meaningful life, inner growth. They also need the understanding and use of universal initiation rituals that men need for their lives. It is important for me to re-integrate the male heart, nature and male community. Use of nature as a mirror of our inner state, purification, connection with our inner nature and its character.
