To become a father involves a life of exploring the fatherhood - a space inside us that includes wisdom and knowledge of our ancestors as well as the future of fatherhood.

Real fatherhood takes place in the present moment, in the space of a spiritual fatherhood. This is not about a religious fatherhood but true, present, both celestial and grounded fatherhood that blesses the world and it is always unique in its nature.

Its natural archetype is present and loving at the same time. During this talk and workshop we will activate and explore „spiritual father in us“ through a guided meditation.

Using breath we will release his power and qualities and further on we will lean on our fatherhood lineage going through a ritual. We are part of this lineage and our task to continue and pass on this fatherhood heritage.

We will build are own base stones of our fatherhood vision with our fathers‘ being present along with honouring our fathers. Spiritual father in us represents „the Sky“, our ancestors and descendants reflect the grounding or „the Earth“.

We need both parts to integrate together so that we can stand as powerful beacons of presence, wisdom, spirituality and blessing for future generations. When you relate to the world as a grounded father, full of blessing, that allows you to bring welfare and benefits just by being. It is so beautiful, natural and creative to be a potent father.

It is evident that position of modern man beside his wife has been going through a significant change during the last 20 years. Along with this change the family role of a man goes through the same change process. Women are lead to evolve to a higher and more filled level of their female essence and we are invited to a similar journey to depths of our soul in order to open a bigger potential of our masculine power and essence.

For many men it is not easy to be and live their masculine polarity in an intimate relationship with a woman. Thanks to social changes that enable women to end relationships or marriages easier then before, many of us are standing at a threshold of a significant transformation of our integrity that needs a connection to our natural wilderness and spiritual passion.

This workshop will guide you to the core of this force, that you can introduce to your relationship with your wife of girlfriend. You can find a way how to enrich your relationship with those parts of you that you may have been looking for a long time.

An exploration into the many faces of male power, helplessness and the deeper meaning of responsibility.

Power! 

We all know it. Maybe we seek it and want it. Maybe we avoid, dislike or reject it. We all know destructive forms of Power – Dominance, Violence, Stubbornness and so on. We also know and experience healthy forms of power – Determination, Protection, Guidance, Leadership, Impact, and so on.
As men we are in a constant exploration of Power – in ourselves, in others, in society. We want to have impact, take responsibility, show up with Power in the world, and find the internal power to shape my life and create meaning. We also find ourselves powerless, not wanting to take responsibility, or feel without choice and helpless in dealing with the outer world, or in our inner world. As men we also stand in a long legacy of men trying to deal with Power – The creative use of Power and Strength, as well as the Abuse of Power through Ignorance or Selfishness.
In this workshop we will explore together the many different dimensions and faces of power. We will look at our ideas and beliefs about what Power actually is, and how I have learned to relate to Power.
We will also look into our collective history as men, and our common experiences of power and helplessness. We will look for a mature form of Power – the capacity and strength to have impact in connection with the responsibility to support life to thrive, and valuing the sacredness of all forms of life.

In each of us there is, often a sleeping king. He is sleeping because he hasn´t been adressed for a long time, neither from the outside world nor by yourself. With the „Kings-Mataphor“ that we have developed in the Eschwege Institut, we believe that we have always been that king.

As kids we just weren´t aware of it and as youngsters we were busy to accuse others more than looking at our own responsability. It´s only when we become adults, that we are ready to realize our true kinglyness.

Working with the Kings-Metaphor is working with the rulings and laws, we once have put into power, laws that now rule our lifes, allthough we´ve long ago forgotten to have done it. No therapist, no Guru, or other kind of healer is able to change such laws, it´s only the king who can do it. In order to become able to change such old and often inadequate laws, we must wake up the king in us and consciously take our responsability as a king, so we can start a more dignified life.

This lecture and workshop have the intention to facilitate for a new and deeper understanding of our inherent masculine nature and virtues. 
We will go through the actions you can take to heal and empower yourself and your psyche, to create a deeper foundation from where you can step into life with a deeper responsibility, meaning and truth.



Boys and men are more than ever faced with deep challenges. Be it absent fathers or role models, overprotective or devouring mothers and the progression of western feminism. In conjunction with being blamed and shamed through the media – often leading to castration and disempowerment, fewer powers and role models are available to direct and wheel the nature of our masculine energy.

As society we can either suppress masculinity, leading to active or passive shadows, or empower masculinity for benefit of both men and women. 
A man in full embrace of his masculine nature, who owns and wheels his energy, will be in great servitude for himself and others.
