Scope of personal data and processing purposes
We process personal data that you entrust us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

we absolutely need your personal data in the extent of: email, name, surname to fulfill the contract (e.g. sending access to the application, sending online courses etc., delivery of goods). - bookkeeping
If you are a customer, we absolutely need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the statutory obligation to issue and record tax documents. - marketing – sending newsletter
We use your personal data (email and name), gender, what you click on in emails and when you open it most often for direct marketing – sending business messages. If you are our customer, we do it out of a legitimate interest, as we reasonably believe that you are interested in our news, for 7 years from the last order. If you are not our customer, we will send you newsletters only based on your consent, for a period of 7 years from the granting. In both cases, you can revoke your consent by using a opt-out link in each email. - advanced marketing based on consent

We perceive the use of cookies for measuring site traffic and customizing the website appearance as our legitimate interest as an administrator because we believe we can offer you even better services. If you feel we do not comply with the law, you have the right to appeal at any time to the Office for Personal Data Protection. We will be glad if you first inform us about this suspicion, so that we can do something about it and correct any possible mistakes.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter and business messages
Emails with inspiration, articles or products and services are sent to you if you are our customer based on our/my legitimate interest. If you are not our customer yet, we only send them to you based on your consent. In both cases you can end your subscription to our emails by pressing the opt-out link in each of our emails.
Confidentiality
We would like to assure you that our employees and co-workers who process your personal data are required to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures whose disclosure would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality persists even after the end of their contractual relationship with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be released to any third party.
